Step 1

Choose the line of business

The builder only asks questions needed for the selected ACORD packet.

Step 2

Producer and contact details

These fields identify who filled out the packet and populate the producer section.

Your risk details and files stay in this browser until you email your packet. On the live site, your contact details, selected line of business, and effective date are shared with the Lightbody Team for follow-up when you continue.

Step 3

Named insured and business basics

Keep this concise. The ACORDs stay editable for anything unusual after download.

Step 4

Policy dates and pricing context

Expiring policy details are optional. Leave them blank when the insured has no current coverage.
Additional insured Optional ACORD 125 additional interest.

Step 5

General liability hazards

Start with the first ACORD 126 Schedule of Hazards row. Add another row only when the risk has another classification or exposure.

Up to three rows map into ACORD 126.

Custom forms

Optional

Step 6

Property location and building details

Start with the first premises/building. Add more buildings when the schedule needs them.
